Are you ready for a unique gravel cycling escape in one of the best gravel destinations in the world? Join us for an amazing 4-day escape in the Costa Brava, the hidden gem of Girona. You'll discover breathtaking sceneries, explore the unknown routes that only the locals know and mythical climbs like Rocacorba. Indulge in typical Mediterranean Spanish Cuisine, and experience plenty of laughter!

  • When we travel, we enjoy discovering new destinations by cycling and savoring the local cuisine. We are constantly on the lookout for the nicest spots, the best coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

    Our aim is to share these experiences with our community through a meticulously curated package where everything is taken care of, enabling you to simply enjoy the beautiful roads and local cuisine with a group of like-minded people. We guide you to our favourite places and keep our groups small to maintain a unique and cozy atmosphere.

  • Costa Brava the northeastern coast of Catalonia, Spain. The region is renowned for its diverse landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and one of the best cycling destinations in Europe.

    We’ll be based in Baseia, 40min drive to the north from Girona or 1h30 from Barcelona. A perfect location to reach some of the most beautiful routes in the region.

  • A place to feel at home. A rural “Masia” (farmhouse) built in 1837 and completely renovated, featuring a dining room under a Catalan vault with a wood fireplace, a library full of books, a billiard, a garden with a pool and much more.

    We’ll have the whole house for ourselves where we will relax, connect and eat great local cuisine.

  • Joan grew up in Girona and spent his youth cycling at a pro level around the Girona Region. He knows all the gems of l’Emporda and will take the cycling aficionados group to his favourite spots.

    The escape features 4 rides: 2 longer rides of 80 to 110 km and 2 shorter rides.

    The pace is set to be a 'Social Coffee Ride.' If the group requires a stronger pace, we will split the group and meet during the route.

  • All meals are included. Breakfast, light lunches and dinner.

    We’ll delight you with our favourite Catalan, Spanish and Mediterranean dishes to make sure you are full of energy for the bike.

    Breakfast will be served in the house, lunches and dinners will be either in the house or in restaurants in the area. Including an evening and dinner in Girona.

  • We’ve also planned some post-ride activities to get you to enjoy the Costa Brava!

    • Paella to fuel like a pro and be ready for a day on the bike.

    • Discover the best of Girona, from the best coffee shops, the old town and finishing up with a dinner all together.

    • Some of the bike activities will be organised. Last year we discovered a beautiful Vineyard and we are working on this year activities. Stay tuned

Stay at Can Navata

In the heart of l’Alt Emporda, next to Girona. Can Navata will be fully reserved for the group. This rural “Masia” (farmhouse in Catalan) was built in 1837 and renovated maintaining its original essence without sacrificing the comforts of today, while making you feel like at home. There are large spaces, a charming porch, a barbacue area and a huge garden with a pool, among many others spots of the house to make it a special place.

Mediterranean Spanish Cuisine

The package includes breakfasts, dinners, and lunches.

Probably one of the best cuisines in the world so that you fuel up for the road. We will serve healthy and balanced meals but we will also indulge us with a fantastic Paella, Fideua, and a BBQ in the garden and some local wine and beer.

We will also spend an evening in Girona enjoying the best spots, coffeeshops and have dinner all together.

Ride with a Local

Growing up in Girona and training at a pro level when he was youngster, Joan knows the region like the back of his hand. He will lead us to the most iconic routes of the Girona region but most of the times we will discover the unexplored areas, avoiding the busy places so that you get the true feeling of the Costa Brava.

  • Two long rides on the second and third day. Around 80km and 110km.

  • Two shorter rides. The welcome and farewell rides. Around 40km.

If you feel it’s too much, you’ll be free to stay in the house and relax. We’ll also have a support Van following us, providing water and food during the long rides.

    1- Pre-Register: Secure your spot by paying the 100 CHF pre-registration fee.

    2- Reach 10 pre-registrations: Once we have at least 10 pre-registered participants, we will confirm the trip.

    3- Full Payment: After confirmation, we will contact you to pay the remaining balance for the trip.

    Pre-Registration Details:

    • Minimum Participants: To make this trip happen, we need a minimum of 10 people.

    • Pre-Registration Fee: A fee of 100 CHF per person is required to secure your spot.

    • This fee will be deducted from the total trip amount.

    • If we are not able to secure enough people for the trip to take place, the pre-registration fee will be refunded.

    Please be aware that the package will be officially reserved only after payment is successfully completed. The room or spot will be held for a maximum of one week from the date when payment details are shared. We kindly request you to finalize your payment within this period to secure your reservation.

    Payment Options:

    We offer two convenient payment methods for your reservation: Twint and Bank transfer. You may choose the option that suits you best when completing your booking.

  • You can include a transfer from Barcelona Airport, Barcelona, Girona airport or Girona.

    Please note that the transfer is done at specific times and the price is without a bike. Contact us for more information or if you’d like to arrange a transfer including a bike or bike box.
